Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

All parcels are sent by Royal Mail, you may choose your desired shipping method at the checkout page.

Dispatch is usually within 2-7 days. 

Shipping within the UK is usually around 2 - 7 days, outside of the UK 7 - 14 days.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by local conditions and border control challenges when ordering outside the UK. Please also know that dispatch and shipping are separate stages of your order.

If your item hasn’t arrived yet, we completely understand how frustrating that can be. If it has been 28 days since your item was dispatched (please note this doesn’t include your order date), feel free to get in touch, and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you.

If 28 days haven’t passed just yet, we kindly ask for your patience, as we’re unable to take action until this timeframe has been reached.
